Job description

Multiple Office Clerks needed to assist a large, well-known organization with day-to-day office duties including:

• Receiving, processing and delivering mail or other light materials, including, but not limited to, office supplies • Serve legal papers and act as a courier • Keep and posts simple records and statistics, prepare summaries, file, check, distribute, store correspondences, records, reports, books or other materials, including office supplies • Act as a receptionist, meet the public, direct the public to the appropriate parties or locations • Answer telephone(s) and/or switchboard and directs callers appropriately • Issue, distribute or prepare materials for mailing • Check and processes routine forms • Operate photocopying and fax equipment and Perform typing, word processing and other clerical duties

What you need to have


Able to follow verbal and written instructions and possess excellent communication skills.

Prior experience & qualifications

6+ months of clerical experience. Must be able to work weekends.
