We're pleased to announce that in partnership with healthcare provider Homeland HealthCare, we now offer affordable limited benefit health insurance to our temporary employees and their families.
What does the plan provide?
- Low monthly premiums
- No deductibles or co-pays
- Pre-existing conditions accepted
- Doctor’s visits
- Hospitalization coverage
- Critical illness treatment
- Prescription drug coverage
- Accident medical coverage
- Comprehensive preventative care
- Emergency care
- Accidental death and dismemberment
- Continued coverage even after your GoodTemps assignment ends
How does it work? Simple.
Once you have worked approx two months through GoodTemps, we will notify you of your eligibility to enroll in the plan. Enrollment is purely optional and you can choose to enroll yourself, or yourself and your family. Homeland HealthCare provides a number of affordable plan levels to give you the coverage you need. When you enroll, you pay the monthly plan fee direct to Homeland HealthCare.
What if my assignments are only short-term?
That's OK, the clock doesn't reset. Once you have worked approximately two months, you become eligible. E.g: If you worked one 4 week assignment, and then two 2 week assignments, you'd become eligible; your time accumulates.
What happens if my assignment ends earlier?
You can choose to continue your plan coverage at the same rate, and just continue paying your monthly premium to Homeland HealthCare. No COBRA or other paperwork is involved.
How do I get more details?
Once you accumulate 2 months of work, we will contact you with plan information.
