GoodTemps was established in 1996 by Goodwill Industries of Greater New York and Northern New Jersey, to meet this mission through the booming demand for temporary staff. GoodTemps quickly became the largest supplier of temps to the City of New York. GoodTemps launched its private sector solutions to accommodate demand from a variety of industries.
The revenue generated by GoodTemps helps Goodwill support mission services which includes people with disabilities, the under employed and unemployed, veterans, ex-offenders, and refugees and immigrants.

We provide workforce development services, youth and community development programs, and retail and business opportunities throughout the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, the Hudson Valley, and Northern New Jersey.
