  • Processing Open Market Repurchases and Stock Option Exercises for high profile clients; share volume in excess of 100 million shares and ensured all transactions were in compliance with NYSE and SEC regulations

Lynnette has 28 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Baruch College. Lynnette also gained experience working for a well-known healthcare institution: Morrison Healthcare at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. Some of her accomplishments included:

  • Managing all departmental finances, cash controls, monthly chargebacks, and month-end closing statements
  • Maintaining, processing and approving bi-weekly payroll and adjustments for employees
  • Preparing and monitoring improvement reports, monthly indicators, and graphs for trends
  • Participating in audits to ensure compliance to hospital/departmental policies and procedures for state, federal standards and regulations
  • Point person and trainer for all departmental software systems
