Location: Queens, NY

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Skilled and conscientious office professionals needed to perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties, including but not limited to:

  • Utilizing tracking database to research customers’ authorized trips
  • Inputting data into database for payment
  • Verifying customer's taxi receipts
  • Auditing daily input for accuracy
  • Preparing mail for processing
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office

What you need to have

  • Computer Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Type 45 WPM
  • Must possess above average oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative, and professional manner
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Some administrative/secretarial experience required
