Savvy, experienced Admin sought to work on an exciting project!

Duties include:

  • Assisting with packaging and preparing for shipment of maps and guides in response to distribution plan and ongoing community requests
  • Tracking orders in Excel spreadsheets and corresponding with unit staff to obtain orders
  • Providing administrative support by conducting research, and preparing statistical reports
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Performing document searches and preparing documents and folders for review and usage by the management, auditors, and FOIL submissions
  • Scanning documents and preparing copies
  • Assist in preparing agenda items and follow-up
  • Assist in managing calendar/meeting schedule and with telephone coverage
  • Performing other office admin duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook, and/or Access is preferred
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 4 years of prior experience providing administrative support is required
