Reliable, motivated admins needed with keen eye for detail. Will perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties including but not limited to: meeting deadlines and coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office. Office location in Long Island City, Queens.
Duties to include:
- Professionally providing customer service by responding to phone inquiries regarding status of reimbursement requests
- Searching internal database to respond to reimbursement requests
- Entering data for payment with a high degree of accuracy
- Meet deadlines and work with staff/supervisors in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
What you need to have
- Consistently display superior customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Must type 45+ words per minute
- Highly proficient MS Office skills with a focus on Word and Excel
Prior experience & qualifications
- Must have 2+ years of relevant prior office administrative experience in a professional setting.
