Job description

Reliable, motivated admins needed with keen eye for detail. Will perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties including but not limited to: meeting deadlines and coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office. Office location in Long Island City, Queens.

Duties to include:

  • Professionally providing customer service by responding to phone inquiries regarding status of reimbursement requests
  • Searching internal database to respond to reimbursement requests
  • Entering data for payment with a high degree of accuracy
  • Meet deadlines and work with staff/supervisors in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner

What you need to have

  • Consistently display superior customer service, verbal and written communication skills
  • Must type 45+ words per minute
  • Highly proficient MS Office skills with a focus on Word and Excel
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Must have 2+ years of relevant prior office administrative experience in a professional setting.
