Are you an early bird? We are looking for an efficient office professional to provide administrative support in the Wall Street area.

Working hours 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Duties:

  • Conducting research
  • Preparing statistical reports
  • Handling information requests
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficient with Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Powerpoint, Outlook and/or Access
  • Demonstrable typing speed of 45 wpm
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 5 years experience providing administrative support
Languages
This opportunity requires fluency in English
