Skilled and reliable candidates needed to provide administrative support and perform clerical functions in a professional office environment.

Location: Downtown Brooklyn, NY

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting research and preparing statistical reports
  • Handling information requests and preparing correspondence
  • Receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
  • Perform other related duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficiency with Word and Excel required
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint, Outlook and/or Access
  • Typing speed of 45+ wpm required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 5 years of experience providing administrative support required
