Job description

Skilled and responsible office professional is needed to provide administrative support and perform clerical functions in a fast-paced office setting.

Worksite location Tribeca, Manhattan. Daily schedule: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Conducting research
  • Preparing statistical reports
  • Handling information requests
  • Preparing correspondence and receiving visitors
  • Arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel as requested
  • Knowledge of MS Powerpoint, Outlook and/or Access as requested
  • Must type at least 40 wpm
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 4 years of experience providing administrative support is required
