Reliable and highly professional administrative assistant needed. This position entails diversified administrative and secretarial responsibilities.

Office location is in downtown Brooklyn.

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

This position is responsible for meeting deadlines and coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office.

What you need to have

  • Must possess above average oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
  • A minimum typing speed of 50wpm is required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years of administrative/secretarial experience using MS Office software, ie. MS Word and Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc
