Office location is in the Tribeca area Manhattan.

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Administrative clerk with strong attention to detail needed to fulfil diversified administrative and secretarial responsibilities.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting deadlines
  • Coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office
  • Responsible for responding to customer inquiries
  • Inputting of information into database with a high degree of accuracy

What you need to have

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Must possess above average oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
  • Strong customer service skills and mindset
  • Basic computer skills for office environment
  • Typing speed a minimum of 50 wpm
Prior experience & qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years administrative/secretarial experience using one or more of the following software is required: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
