Location: Queens, NY

Hours: 7:30am to 3:30pm (Hollis, NY), 8:00am to 4:00pm (Jamaica, NY) or 9:00am to 5:00pm (Hollis, NY) (Full time)

Seeking skilled and experienced administrative professionals to perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties.

Duties include:

  • Meeting deadlines
  • Coordinating the flow of people, paper, and phone calls in and out of the office

What you need to have

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
  • Type a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Personnel may need to climb stairs to get to worksite
Prior experience & qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years administrative/secretarial experience using one or more of the following software is required: Microsoft Word, WordPerfect (5.1 or better) Word for Windows, MultiMate, Lotus (Allways and/or WYSIWIG) Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Paradox, and GroupWise (or another e-mail system)
