Location(s): Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan & Queens, NY

Schedule(s): FULL-TIME

  • 6:00am to 2:00pm
  • 7:30am to 3:30pm
  • 8:00am to 4:00pm
  • 9:00am to 5:00pm

Seeking skilled and experienced administrative professionals to perform diversified administrative and secretarial duties including but not limited to:

  • Providing administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • Greeting the public in a professional and friendly manner as customers come into the agency
  • Asking customers for the reason for their visit and assist with issuing a queue ticket
  • Providing instructions to customers related to their visit to the agency
  • Sorting and delivering paper mail/folders and assign cases from electronic queues
  • Performing other office/clerical tasks as needed, including occasional phone coverage

What you need to have

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and/or Access)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
  • Some positions/locations may require consistent moving throughout various floors/building locations (some with stairs)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support and high school diploma or GED required
