Job description

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm (must be able to work until 6:30pm one day per week)

  • Perform diverse clerical duties requiring limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures, including but not limited to a combination of: typing or word processing, stenography, office machine operation, and filing
  • Log all deliveries into the SharePoint system
  • Manage inventory and assist with receipt of materials submitted by vendors for review
  • Process incoming batches that are delivered or emailed into the system
  • Pack and label materials and contact individuals to arrange pick-up of materials

What you need to have

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and maintains professional in difficult situations
  • Fast learner who can work effectively under pressure and take/follow instructions and directives
  • Able to lift boxes weighing up to 30 pounds
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior related experience required
