Daily schedule 9:00 a.m. — 5:00 a.m. (Full time)
The Purchasing Clerk will be responsible for purchases made by the organization. Long-term assignment!
Duties include but not limited to:
- Evaluating and approving vendors and authorizing purchase orders for goods or services
- Performing a variety of tasks
- May lead and direct the work of others
What you need to have
Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of general office software, such as Word and Excel as requested
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Prior experience & qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in the field or any combination of education and experience totaling 6 years
