Job description

Patient, highly professional candidates with outstanding customer service skills are sought to work in a call center environment, answering inquiries made by the general public in regard to transportation. Must assist customers over the phone to provide information in response to inquiries about services provided and to handle and resolve complaints. Applicant must be flexible as to scheduling, willing to accept varying early morning start times and Saturday hours as needed.

What you need to have

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be bilingual (fully fluent in both English and another language)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant customer service or call center experience with heavy phone work required
