Long Term Assignments.

Location(s): Long Island City, Queens, NY.

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm (subject to change, must have a flexible schedule)

Efficient reps needed to provide high-level customer service and administrative support in inbound call center.

Duties:

  • Conducting research
  • Preparing statistical reports
  • Handling information requests
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings

What you need to have

Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and phone manner
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced/high stress environment with a flexible work schedule

  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 3 years of customer service/call center experience required
  • Must be able to communicate well in English and Spanish (verbally and written)
Languages
