Job description

Highly professional and efficient call center representatives needed to provide customer service in a fast-paced office environment. Duties will include:

  • Answering inquiries and providing information to the general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties
  • Providing information regarding services provided by the organization
  • Interacting with customers via telephone to handle and resolve issues
  • Performing data entry tasks

  • Proficient at data entry with good speed and accuracy
  • Strong verbal communication skills

Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 1 year of related experience
