Job description

An opportunity is available for a skilled auditing professional to assist with Budget Management & Purchase Order Processing. The jobsite is located in Downtown Brooklyn.

Duties include:

  • Computing, classifying, and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete
  • Performing routine calculating, posting, and verifying duties to obtain primary financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
  • May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Highly accurate with all numerical calculations
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
Prior experience & qualifications
  • With an Associate degree: No experience required
  • With a HS diploma: At least 2 years of related experience
Languages
This opportunity requires fluency in English
