Qualified candidates are sought to process payments and perform filing duties.

Jobsite in Long Island City, Queens. Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Duties include:

  • Computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete
  • Calculating, posting and verifying financial data for use in maintaining accounting records
  • Checking the accuracy of figures, calculations and postings pertaining to business transactions
  • Able to perform other related duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Prior experience using these programs is preferred.
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in business or management, or 2 or more years of related experience
