Job description

Long Term Assignment for reliable, articulate workers to assist with administrative and office responsibilities in a call center setting. Hours are 9am to 5pm. The jobsite is in Long Island City, Queens.

Duties include:

  • Call Center duties assisting with taking and receiving inbound calls
  • Performing data entry
  • Preparing files for scanning
  • Sorting mail
  • Related clerical tasks

What you need to have

Skills
  • Familiarity with office computers
  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
  • Knowledge and aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines (time management skills)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 5 years of secretarial or related office experience required
