Job description

This position encompasses responsible office and/or administrative services of moderate difficulty.

Location: Long Island City, Queens. Hours: 9am to 5pm (Full time).

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Performing data entry and filing applications
  • Providing customer service via telephone
  • Word processing and typing duties
  • Lifting boxes (approx. 10 lbs.)
  • Scanning documents and sorting mail

What you need to have

Skills
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have the time management skills necessary to meet deadlines
  • Type a minimum of 45 wpm
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years secretarial experience using one or more of the following software is required: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Languages
