Job description

Seeking professional candidates with good moral character to work with the Investigations Unit to ensure minimum qualification requirements are met.

  • Examine, evaluate and investigate eligibility and agreements with laws/regulations governing contract compliance of licenses and permits
  • Perform other compliance and enforcement inspection and analysis activities
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of regulatory and compliance documents
  • Conduct face-to-face interviews and investigations to determine eligibility of candidates for company titles
  • Record information in the Personnel Investigations Case Tracking System (PICTS)
  • Prepare narrative investigation reports and checklists for management
  • Interface with internal and staff from other agencies at all levels

What you need to have

  • Creativity, latitude and excellent verbal communication is required
  • Knowledge and understanding of general office software including Microsoft Word & Excel required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience or any combination of education and experience totaling 5 years
  • Prior experience investigating strongly preferred
