Daily schedule 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM; Job location in Lower Manhattan near City Hall

Duties include:

  • Providing technical helpdesk assistance to computer users
  • Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically
  • May also provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems

What you need to have

Skills
  • Proficiency with all helpdesk protocols
  • Excellent verbal and written customer service soft-skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 2 years computer support experience
  • Associates degree or equivalent technical experience
Languages
This opportunity requires fluency in English
