Duties include:

  • Providing technical helpdesk assistance to computer users
  • Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically
  • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
  • Performing other related duties as needed

Skills
  • High stress assignment
  • Prolonged standing and walking will be required
  • Stair climbing will be required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent technical experience required
  • At least 2 years of computer support related experience required
