Trained and motivated IT professionals sought for important project.

Location: WTC/Fulton Center, Manhattan, NY. Hours: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties will include:

  • Providing technical helpdesk assistance to computer users
  • Answering questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically
  • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
  • Performing other related duties as needed

What you need to have

  • Excellent phone and communication skills to provide technical helpdesk assistance to computer users
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 2 years of computer support or related experience required
