  • Responsible for providing information in response to inquiries about products and services
  • Handling and resolving complaints

What you need to have

Skills
  • Very strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good proficiency at office computer skills
  • Prolonged standing and walking will be required.
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
