There are open positions for motivated candidates with office skills and experience! Openings are available for Receptionist/Information Clerks to provide support to the customer service/call center unit of a busy public organization. The jobsite is located in Long Island City, Queens.

Duties include:

  • Answering inquiries and retrieving information for the general public, customers, visitors, and others
  • Providing information regarding services provided, including the location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization
  • Performing general office duties including data entry

What you need to have

  • Good proficiency with computer skills is required
  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • One or more years of Customer Service or Call Center experience is required
  • A high school diploma or its equivalent
