Daily schedule 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Location: Queens Plaza, LIC

Skilled professionals needed to interact with customers. Positions may start as remote work then transition to onsite work at Long Island City worksite.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Providing information in response to inquiries about products and services
  • Handling and resolving complaints

What you need to have

Skills
  • Strong customer service skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience required
  • Call takers will be dealing with highly confidential information
Languages
