Job description

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • Provide high-volume customer service to licensing applicants
  • Answer customer questions regarding account status, acceptable forms of payment and other related issues
  • Perform ordinary mathematical computations while accepting and processing payments of cash, checks, money orders, credit/debit card payments received from licensing applicants in person
  • Record summonses fines and fees into designated customer service platforms, e.g. TAMIS
  • Handle a large amount of money and reconcile payments with all transaction receipts at the end of their shift
  • Photocopy, scan and fax documents
  • Assist in all aspects of processing accounts efficiently and perform other related clerical duties
  • Participate in meetings, as requested

What you need to have

  • Excellent communication skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior customer service experience required
