Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Provide high-volume customer service to licensing applicants
- Answer customer questions regarding account status, acceptable forms of payment and other related issues
- Perform ordinary mathematical computations while accepting and processing payments of cash, checks, money orders, credit/debit card payments received from licensing applicants in person
- Record summonses fines and fees into designated customer service platforms, e.g. TAMIS
- Handle a large amount of money and reconcile payments with all transaction receipts at the end of their shift
- Photocopy, scan and fax documents
- Assist in all aspects of processing accounts efficiently and perform other related clerical duties
- Participate in meetings, as requested
