Locations: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, The Bronx

Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

Seeking skilled data entry clerks to fulfill responsibilities on an important project for a large organization, providing administrative services to staff and other duties as needed.

Duties may include:

  • Operating a keyboard or other data entry device to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format
  • Providing support duties to the organization
  • Verifying data and preparing materials for printing
  • Acting as a backup receptionist
  • Copying documents, getting office supplies
  • Performing general maintenance of the facility and office equipment

What you need to have

Skills
  • Data entry of a minimum 6000 kph or 35 wpm
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior related or Clerical/Admin experience required
Languages
