Job description

Seeking an independent, responsible, customer service oriented and motivated individual to assist the donations department with the following duties:

  • Answer and respond to donor calls, emails and letters
  • Collect and enter donations data for reports
  • Assist with outreach to current and potential donors
  • Make arrangements and follow up with transporting of bins and pickups
  • Schedule and attend donation drives and other events as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns that arise regarding donations and reports
  • Work closely and effectively with donations team and other departments
  • Provide support and perform other related duties as needed

What you need to have

  • Excellent verbal communication and problem solving skills required
  • Able to multi-task and track all aspects of the job
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
  • Computer knowledge/skills (Data Entry, Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook and other databases)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus

HS Diploma/GED minimum education preferred
