Job description

High level, productive Executive Admin Assistant needed to provide support, conduct research, prepare statistical reports, handle information requests and perform other clerical functions such as but not limited to:

  • Preparing correspondence
  • Receiving and directing visitors
  • Arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
  • Tracking tests and test takers as they are assigned and administered
  • Ensuring recording equipment is returned and accounted for
  • Ensuring contract deadlines are met
  • May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff
  • Providing administrative support for busy call center
  • Creating a flow of call assignments to operators by coordinating and entering incoming callers’ information (from voicemails and emails) into a database to assign callbacks
  • Following up on inquiries from other departments to determine and explain situation to particular calls
  • Organizing and inputting existing referral information, as well as communicating with outside organizations to research new referrals
  • Providing basic software support (Microsoft Products) to call center team

What you need to have

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and/or Access as requested
  • Providing basic software support (Microsoft Products) to call center team
  • Must type 50+ wpm
  • Must have basic knowledge working with Boolean expressions
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 6 years experience providing Administrative support required
