Job description

  • Perform high level office work for an executive level administrator
  • Assisting project coordinator with researching, recording and analyzing data for a special project
  • Relieving administrator of a considerable amount of administrative detail and initial contact with admin staff and the public
  • Frequently use independent judgment and discretion in screening callers and representing departmental policies and practices

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
