Job description

Thoroughly professional candidates are sought to provide high-level administrative support and perform clerical functions in an executive office environment. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff. The office is in a Long Island City location.

Duties to include:

  • Conducting research and preparing statistical reports
  • Handling information requests and preparing correspondence
  • Receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings
  • Perform other related duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Basic internet skills required
  • Able to organize and to prioritize daily workload
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 4 years of prior experience in an administrative position
