Job description

We are seeking a highly professional candidate to provide high-level administrative support in a busy office setting.

Worksite in a Long Island City, Queens location. Daily schedule 8:00 AM — 3:30 PM

Duties include:

  • Conducting research
  • Preparing statistical reports
  • Handling information requests
  • Performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings
  • May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff

What you need to have

Skills
  • Able to type with speed and accuracy
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience
Languages
