Daily schedule: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM

Location: Long Island City, Queens

Seeking a skilled and responsible office professional to provide high-level administrative support to the Optimization Team through handling information requests, and performing clerical functions.

Duties also include:

  • Preparing correspondences, statistical reports and other reports using data from in-house applications, etc
  • Receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and meetings
  • Conducting research, proofreading and revising documents
  • Perform other related duties as needed
  • May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff

What you need to have

Skills
  • Must have good computer skills using office programs: Typing, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years of related experience required
Languages
