A highly skilled and seasoned candidate is sought to fill a position in a fast-paced office setting in a Downtown Brooklyn location, fulfilling diverse administrative and secretarial duties. Will be coordinating the flow of visitors, documents, and phone calls in and out of the office

What you need to have

  • Must possess above average oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work with staff and management personnel in a courteous, cooperative and professional manner
  • Consistently able to meet deadlines; strong time-management skills
  • Type a minimum of 60 words per minute
  • Highly proficient in MS Office programs: Word, Excel, etc
Prior experience & qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years administrative/secretarial experience using office software is required
