Job description

Main responsibilities include case management, customer service, and other related office duties as required. Assist staff with cases, inputting information into our 'Happy System' and other help as needed by staff.

What you need to have

  • Highly proficient with MS Office and other daily computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written works well with others quick learner
Prior experience & qualifications
  • At least 2 years of recent related work experience required
  • Experience and/or knowledge in the Housing Assistance Program
  • Customer service a must
