Long Term Assignments

Performing varied and diverse office duties specific to clerical settings, requiring some limited knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Location: LIC Queens, NY

Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm

Clerical duties may include a combination of the following:

  • Answering telephones
  • Bookkeeping,
  • Typing or word processing
  • Stenography
  • Operation of office machinery
  • Filing

What you need to have

  • Keyboarding proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs is a strong plus
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior relevant office experience
