Job description

  • Provide technical assistance to computer users regarding computer/printer installation
  • Answer multi-line phones (100+ calls/day) and address questions, troubleshoot and resolve issues with laptops, desktops, printers, network, tablets, phones, etc
  • Inventory all IT equipment: PC, Tablets, Laptops, Monitors, Printers/Copiers, Keyboards, Desk Phones (Cisco), Webcams (phones/projectors), Touch Screens, etc
  • Refresh and upgrade current PC/Laptop equipment
  • Inventory individual systems for software applications (versions & toolbars)
  • Migrate browser settings, software installations (MS Office, AutoCAD & Bluebeam)
  • Troubleshoot installation of equipment and salvage equipment
  • Inventory, document and arrange throughout the company
  • Pickup and removal of old equipment

What you need to have

  • Familiarity with Windows 7, MS Office Applications (2010), AutoCAD and Visio
  • Experience working with Active Directory software required
  • General networking knowledge of DNS, TCPIP and Printer configuration
Prior experience & qualifications
  • High school diploma required or its educational equivalent
  • At least 60 college credits required
  • Must be able to travel to different sites to swap old desktops/equipment
  • 3+ years of relevant networking or help desk experience required
