Job description

Experienced helpdesk professionals needed urgently to respond to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Only qualified candidates with the specified experience need apply. Duties include:

  • Providing technical helpdesk assistance to computer users
  • Answering questions or resolving computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically
  • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems
  • Providing support to end users on a variety of issues
  • Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service disposition
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 2+ years of technical/computer support experience required
