Exciting opportunity for a highly qualified and responsible HR Analyst!

Major Responsibilities/Accountability include but are not limited to:

  • Creating and/or modifying Queries in PeopleSoft and MS Access 2003
  • Creating high-level Excel and Access data manipulation functions. (includes Pivot tables, macros, etc.)
  • Creating and/or generating standard / ad-hoc Human Resources reports. (includes Time-to-Hire, Attrition Analysis, Retirement Eligible forecast, Hiring Forecast, Budgeted Headcount vs. Vacancy, Turnover Rate Trends, HR monthly activity (hires, promos, transfers, attrition)
  • In Access Database: Creating and/or modifying indicative data databases for multiple departments
  • Creating a user-friendly Time-to-Hire database
  • Assisting Human Resources Manager in analyzing and reviewing data for HR trends and forecasting analyses

What you need to have

Skills
  • Strong analytical ability and accuracy with attention to detail and follow through
  • Knowledge of ad-hoc queries and report writing
  • Strong Proficiency in PeopleSoft or related database software and Microsoft Office suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Must be a team player and able to prioritize and use good judgment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required, Masters Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of experience developing queries and reports
  • 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment
