Job description

Qualified HR Professional sought to assist in a fast-paced hiring environment. May lead and direct the work of others. Will perform a number of human resources activities including but not limited to the following:

  • Engaging in high volume recruiting to include: direct recruiting, job boards, community-based organizations, social networking both internally and externally
  • Reporting on search progress including candidate pipelines
  • Following up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding selection, and status of the recruitment process
  • Developing strategies to source, attract, recruit and select profile matches of candidates against MQRs
  • Using innovative sourcing channels to convert hard-to-find passive talent including social media, resume mining, community meetings and career fairs
  • Managing the handling of employee benefits, recruiting, interviewing or hiring of staff in accordance with policy
  • Enhancing the company’s effective utilization of employees by providing training and development opportunities
  • Assisting employees with and helping to resolve work-related issues such as leave and disputes
  • Supervising HR management programs and policies including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs

What you need to have

  • Knowledge and understanding of general office software, such as Microsoft Word , Excel, or equivalents
  • Ability to utilize HRIS software, such as Silkroad, PeopleSoft, or equivalents
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of related experience or any combination of education and experience totaling 8 years
