Job description

> Hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm

  • Perform basic administrative support duties
  • Answer phones and/or switchboard to route calls, take messages, schedule appointments, direct callers appropriately and give information to callers
  • Complete simple assigned projects
  • Shelve or store correspondence, records, reports, books or other materials, including office supplies
  • Perform other office, administrative and clerical support duties as needed

What you need to have

Skills
  • Must be able to type 35+ words per minute
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 4+ years of prior administrative support experience required
