Job description

Seeking reliable, motivated candidates to perform the following duties:

  • Scan, input and index backlogged files and documents into computer system
  • Receive, process and deliver mail or other light material, including, but not limited to, office supplies; serves as a courier; may serve legal papers
  • Maintain/Post simple records and statistics; prepare summaries; files, check, distributes, shelves or stores correspondence, records, reports, books or other materials, including office supplies
  • Act as a receptionist, meeting the public, directing the public to the person or location most able to furnish the service requested
  • Answer telephone(s) and/or switchboard and directs callers appropriately
  • Issue, distribute or prepare materials for mailing and check/process routine forms
  • Operate photocopying and fax equipment
  • Perform incidental typing and word processing and other high level clerical functions as needed

What you need to have

  • Knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Good customer service skills and people skills
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 1+ years of prior clerical/administrative support experience required
