Job description

Looking for a reliable, motivated worker with a strong work ethic and a desire to fulfill diverse duties in a Lower Manhattan jobsite.

Duties:

  • Providing office support duties to the organization and staff as needed
  • Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter
  • Acting as a backup receptionist as needed
  • Copying documents, restocking office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Performing general maintenance of the facility and office equipment

What you need to have

Skills
  • Prior knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word
Prior experience & qualifications
  • 2 years of relevant office experience
