Motivated, personable Office Assistants are needed to perform clerical duties in a busy office environment. Will perform administrative services to provide support to staff, working under immediate supervision. There are openings in jobsites in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Staten Island.

Job responsibilities are as follows:

  • Distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter
  • Acting as a backup receptionist
  • Copying documents, stocking office supplies and kitchen supplies
  • Performing general maintenance of the facility and office equipment

What you need to have

Skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word is required
Prior experience & qualifications
  • Prior related experience is a strong plus
